Holy Hell, we're still in the prison? Ok, here we go...

.

Mounting the rescue. They do a little "gear up" scene, and they're off!

.

They meet up again with the Eta-nin (note: That's a "bad word" in Japanese, but the eta were the untouchables in historic Japan. Almost like slaves), and "convince" him to let them inside to where the bodies are brought out.

They make it past some samurai guards stationed at the exit.
"We're... uh... new here"

Unfortunately (for the samurai), one of them spots a sword that Rin is carrying and they attack... or at least try to.

Rin tries to hold them back by fast-talking them, but (in RPG terms) makes a critical fumble. She screams their intentions, and tells them that they're not to be trifled with. But the samurai advance nonetheless.

...and get cut down by Dowa. Utterly.
Like, if this were "Dynasty Warriors", Dowa is all over the Triangle button right about now.

They send the untouchable guy up ahead as a decoy. He makes it past two more samurai, and barks out loudly that he's got some annoying fleas that he's trying to scratch.

Rin and Dowa sneak up behind them, and thunk.

They push on through the caverns, looking for Manji and Isaku.

Mister Samura, we tire of this prison storyline garbage. Please stop. If it were more prison story, I'd give it 1 of 5 stars, but since there's the big cover pics (above) and about 1-2 other full page spreads of Dowa and Rin, I'm gonna go with...
