Grizzly Dude (not to be confused with Hairy Dude- Grizzly Dude looks like he has a starfish glued to his face) brandishes a weapon... a strange, rough sword that has made an appearance earlier in the series.

Manji remembers that sword. And realizes what kind of trouble that he's in.

NOTE: If you don't know why, read the first few graphic novels with "Eikuu", the other "Immortal" who uses this drug against Manji.
